Such a person is able to analyze processes and systems in depth, finding hidden risks and opportunities for optimization. They are able to argue and support their vision with data. They prefer to avoid emotional disputes, are confident in their knowledge, but are always ready to learn new solutions and areas.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a key supporting role for a seasoned international executive. You’ll coordinate fast-paced logistics across borders, manage high-stakes tasks, and make the impossible possible — from finding last-minute tickets in peak season to resolving personal or operational emergencies on the go. No two days will be the same — and that’s exactly how you like it.

✔️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate complex international travel: flights, hotels, transfers, local logistics
  • Organize events and business trips end-to-end: from strategic off-sites to conferences
  • Handle sensitive personal matters with discretion, from errands to high-priority issues
  • Track down rare items, get in touch with hard-to-reach contacts, and solve unexpected problems
  • Support property and asset management across countries (real estate, vehicles, etc.)
  • Be available for critical family-related support when needed — with flexibility and care

✔️ Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as an executive or personal assistant in a fast-paced environment
  • English (B1+), Russian/Ukrainian – native, Czech (C1+)
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
  • Willingness to be on-call for urgent or high-impact situations
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills
  • Confidence working across cultures, time zones, and communication styles
