Right now, we’re looking for a Legal & Administrative Assistant to oversee document management, contract administration, and operational processes across our Kyiv/Prague/Warsaw offices and remote locations. The ideal candidate will manage legal documentation across multiple jurisdictions with strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities:

Legal & Administrative Operations

  • Conduct legal analysis of counterparty agreements
  • Maintain and update company contract registry
  • Assist contractors with business registration (EP/OSVC)
  • Coordinate workspace arrangements when needed
  • Ensure proper document flow and procedure compliance
  • Manage ongoing requests and facilitate internal/external communication

Document Management & Processing:

  • Prepare and process NDAs with potential employees as well as service agreements for remote employees
  • Draft and manage service agreements (EP contracts in Ukraine, DPP agreements in Prague)
  • Prepare comprehensive employment documentation packages
  • Coordinate with accounting for new employee onboarding
  • Ensure documentation compliance with company requirements
  • Verify business registration status (PE/OSVC) and prepare corresponding documentation

Contract Administration

  • Develop and execute external contractor agreements
  • Manage account-related documentation (initial contracts and supplementary agreements)
  • Handle UGC actor contracts, including execution and termination
  • Process and monitor related invoices

Key Requirements:

  • 6+ months of experience
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Law, Legal Administration, International Law, etc.
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian and Czech business registration processes
  • Contract management and legal documentation experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English, Czech, and Ukrainian
  • Understanding of relevant employment laws
