Project & Client Manager

MSM Academy is an international organization focused on educational, sports, and cultural projects for young people worldwide. We have launched a new project: the Canadian High School in Prague.

We are currently looking for a Project & Client Manager to join our team. The role will focus primarily on client communication and sales, while supporting the ongoing development of our educational programs. This position is ideal for candidates with some prior experience who want to grow in project management, international education, and client relations.

What you will do:

• Handle incoming leads and communicate with potential clients (parents, students, partners)
• Prepare and present educational program offers
• Schedule meetings and consultations (phone and in-person at the office)
• Cooperate with international partners via email and online meetings
• Support the coordination of project activities and events
• Assist in organizing fairs, workshops, and presentations
• Participate in business and educational trips

What we expect from you:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take responsibility and work independently
• Experience or interest in sales and client relationship management
• University degree (economics or business-related field is an advantage)
• Czech language level B2–C1
• English language level B2–C1
