Full Stack Engineer (Python / Next.js / GCP) — Remote Contractor

Eximion builds AI-powered clinical simulations and diagnostic competitions for US physicians — accredited CME that doctors actually want to do.

We're hiring a full stack engineer on a long-term contract, fully remote, anywhere.

Small team, no ticket queue, real ownership.

Stack: Python/FastAPI, Next.js + TypeScript, PostgreSQL, GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL), Vertex AI/Gemini

You: production experience across frontend and backend, strong Python and React, real SQL, comfortable deploying your own work. Healthcare or LLM experience is a plus, not a requirement. Mid-level through lead — we care about what you've built, not years.

Rate: up to $4000 (depends on your experience). Overlap with CET: 4 hours.
