Project Manager

Pepper Decor is a manufacturing company specializing in industrial glass decoration for global brands such as Rituals and Medic8.

🔖**What you’ll do:**

• Coordinate projects and client communication
• Manage deadlines, specifications and payments
• Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders
• Prepare price offers and project materials
• Build long-term client relationships

📍**We’re looking for:**

• 2+ years of experience in PM, Sales, Operations, Key Account, Supply Chain, Purchasing or similar roles
• Experience in a manufacturing company
• Strong planning and deadline management skills
• English B2+, Ukrainian/Russian - fluent
