The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures. The position is crucial in mitigating risks and maintaining ethical standards within the organization.

• Legal education and relevant experience in regulatory compliance.
• Experience in the regulation of the gambling industry is a significant advantage.
• Fluent in English, Czech, and Russian (oral and written).
• Knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.
• Legal background.
• Basic IT technical knowledge (for technical compliance).

• Research and stay up to date with regulations in all gaming jurisdictions and gambling industry news in general.
• Monitor the company’s compliance with relevant requirements in licensed markets.
• Prevent and predict situations where the company might face legal liabilities in regulated markets.
• Educate and train employees on relevant updates in regulations and industry compliance.
