  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic entry-level candidates with a strong interest in sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to handle client issues with a customer-first attitude.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential business clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing B2B clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Present products or services to potential customers, addressing their needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Track, manage, and report on sales activities through CRM systems, ensuring up-to-date client information.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Assist in negotiating contract terms and close sales agreements to maximize company profitability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the senior sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding processes.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
