Senior Sales Manager – Luxury Real Estate

Vihorev Group is an international real estate development and investment company operating across the Czech Republic and selected international markets, including Costa Rica. We specialize in luxury apartments, aparthotels, and investment-driven residential projects, managing the full lifecycle from acquisition to sales and asset management.

We are looking for a high-performance, deal-driven Senior Sales Manager who can operate independently, generate business, and close high-value transactions. This is not a standard sales role. This is an opportunity for a top performer to build significant income through a commission-driven model.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Actively identify and generate new business opportunities in the market
  •  Sell luxury apartments and investment properties (CZ & international)
  •  Lead client negotiations with investors and high-net-worth individuals
  •  Manage the full sales cycle independently (lead → closing)
  •  Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  •  Think and operate with an investment / deal-making mindset (M&A-like approach)
  •  Continuously develop your own pipeline (no reliance on inbound leads only)

Candidate Profile

  •  Proven experience in sales (real estate, investment, finance or similar)
  •  Strong results orientation and performance mindset
  •  Ability to hunt, open deals, and close independently
  •  Entrepreneurial thinking, proactive approach
  •  High level of personal drive and accountability
  •  Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment

Language Requirements

 Czech – B2+

 English – B2+

 Russian – B2+
