Bantasy Freight s.r.o. is a growing logistics company in the Czech Republic, and we are looking for a Logistics Specialist / Freight Forwarder to strengthen our expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and coordinating freight shipments (LKW and others).
• Finding carriers, creating optimal routes, and maintaining carrier relations.
• Monitoring shipments throughout the entire delivery process.
• Handling transport documents, orders, and shipment records.
• Communication with clients and partners.
• Good understanding of Czech and European regions.

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics or freight forwarding preferred.
• Languages:
• English — good level (required)
• Russian — required
• Czech — basic knowledge (advantage)
• German — strong plus
• Attention to detail, reliability, and stress resistance.
• Ability to work with documents and take quick decisions.
• Own carrier network/contact base is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of transportation processes and route planning.
