To strengthen our marketing department, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our email communication strategies.

About the Role

The Email Marketing Specialist plays a key role in executing targeted email campaigns that support event promotion and audience engagement. This role combines email campaign execution, personalization, performance analysis, and database management, working closely with the team leader and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality communication and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute email marketing campaigns in line with marketing strategies, business objectives, and data protection regulations
• Collaborate closely with the team leader and other internal teams to ensure efficient workflows and timely delivery
• Personalize email communication to match target audiences and maximize engagement
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain and regularly update project databases, contact lists, and related marketing materials

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in email marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive, self-driven attitude and willingness to learn
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
