JOB in Prague, Czech Republic Corporative Lawyer in engineering company / Legal Counsel

Engineering company, main office in Прага Location: Prague, Czeck Republic You are: A citizen of the Czech Republic or having an EU citizenship (willing to relocate immediately) with

• Verbal and written English C1/ C2
• Preferably verbal and written Czech language C1/ C2 (ready to discuss)

Area of responsibility: Czech office (Company are also in Dubai and other EU countries)

Function under supervision:

• Drawing up and checking contracts for the Company
• Preparation of internal documentation for the Company in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation
• Legal support on logistics, production processes, signing contracts, experience in communicating with lawyers and courts

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Perfect knowledge of Czech legislation
• Master's/ Bachelor's degree in the field of jurisprudence from a reputable institution
• Preferably 3 years of professional working experience in a similar position in an international working environment

Conditions:

52000 Kč per mount/ 207000 Rub Working hours: EU Contract with an European company
