- Ability to work with a shift schedule
- Experience in technical support is a plus
- Experience in iGaming industry is a plus
- Fluent in English is a must
- Responsibility for quality of services provided by technical support
- Distribution of specific technical questions to the responsible staff
- Independant solving of simpler technical questions
- Effective and quality solutions of client inquiries and complaints
- Spreading the good name of the company, its products and services
- Creating of technical documentation
- Reporting
