  • Ability to work with a shift schedule
  • Experience in technical support is a plus
  • Experience in iGaming industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Responsibility for quality of services provided by technical support
  • Distribution of specific technical questions to the responsible staff
  • Independant solving of simpler technical questions
  • Effective and quality solutions of client inquiries and complaints
  • Spreading the good name of the company, its products and services
  • Creating of technical documentation
  • Reporting
