Our client is a leading iGaming solutions provider offering a comprehensive range of products for online casinos and sportsbooks — including game aggregation, payment integration, licensing support, and turnkey platform development. The company specializes in innovative technologies such as AI-powered analytics, and crypto-friendly systems, serving clients across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably B2B, telemarketing, or cold calling.
- Fluent Russian and confident English (B2 level or higher).
- Solid computer skills; experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Attio – a plus).
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- High energy, initiative, and a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to travel for business (EU visa or residence permit is a strong advantage).
- Fast learner with genuine interest in the iGaming industry (no prior iGaming experience required).
- Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Conduct product presentations via online meetings.
- Activate and reactivate the customer base using AI-powered tools.
- Leverage AI tools for lead sourcing, qualification, and nurturing.
- Communicate with clients through personalized, multichannel outreach (email, messengers, meetings).
- Work with CRM systems and sales funnel analytics, including AI-driven insights.
- Contribute to hypothesis testing and implementation of new sales approaches.
- Collaborate closely with your assigned buddy to optimize processes.
- Prepare commercial proposals and sales presentations.
- Proactively suggest client segmentation ideas and customer journey improvements.
