Your Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting guests with check-in and check-out
• Managing reservations and handling inquiries
• Providing exceptional guest service and local recommendations
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Czech (other languages are a plus!)
• Customer-focused, friendly, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (experience with hotel systems is an advantage)
• Availability for flexible scheduling
