About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant of Corporate Director to join our team in Prague.
This role involves in-office work and direct participation in various legal and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with rental issues and related matters.
- Supporting the registration of sole proprietors.
- Providing employment consulting and guidance.
- Reviewing and drafting contracts.
- Participating in negotiations with counterparties, including legal professionals, accountants, and auditors.
- Performing various technical tasks as needed, such as errands and coordination.
- Maintaining the contract database.
Requirements:
- Higher education is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Czech and English.
- Knowledge of Ukrainian is considered an advantage.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PDF, etc.).
Soft Skills: • Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Deadline adherence.
- Self-discipline.
- Good communication skills.
