About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant of Corporate Director to join our team in Prague.

This role involves in-office work and direct participation in various legal and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with rental issues and related matters.
  • Supporting the registration of sole proprietors.
  • Providing employment consulting and guidance.
  • Reviewing and drafting contracts.
  • Participating in negotiations with counterparties, including legal professionals, accountants, and auditors.
  • Performing various technical tasks as needed, such as errands and coordination.
  • Maintaining the contract database.

Requirements:

  • Higher education is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Czech and English.
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian is considered an advantage.
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PDF, etc.).

  • Good communication skills.
