Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Office Manager for our Prague office. You will be responsible for daily hospitality, workspace administration, event organization, and team support within a creative IT environment.

Responsibilities

  • Office & Kitchen Administration: Conduct morning rounds, maintain coffee stations (including batch brew), order food/snacks/medical supplies, and manage storage inventory.
  • Catering Operations: Plan and diversify the employee lunch menu, place orders, and track payments.
  • Vendor & Facility Management: Liaise with building administration for maintenance, source and manage local/foreign suppliers, and handle procurement.
  • Events & Budgeting: Organize turnkey corporate events, plan/optimize budgets, and manage invoices and payments.
  • Logistics & HR Support: Handle incoming/outgoing shipments, assist with onboarding (badges, workspace setup, office tours), manage corporate housing coordination, and order company merch.
  • Space Planning & Design: Collaborate on office decor (posters, styling) and develop logical seating arrangements for tech teams.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years as an Office Manager, Admin Assistant, or Hospitality Coordinator in IT companies or creative spaces. A background in HoReCa (hospitality/restaurants) is a huge plus.
  • Procurement & Finance: Experience in inventory forecasting, vendor negotiation, and basic financial literacy (Excel/Google Sheets, invoices, shipping docs).
  • Space & Event Management: Understanding of workplace ergonomics (seating charts) and experience managing corporate events from concept to execution.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Czech (C1 level) for seamless communication with international colleagues and local vendors.
