With properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com, our goal is to provide exceptional guest experiences while maximizing occupancy and profitability. As we expand our portfolio, we are looking for a data-driven and strategic Revenue Manager to join our team.

Role Summary

As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing pricing and inventory strategies across our portfolio of short-term rental apartments and hotel units. You’ll play a key role in maximizing revenue, improving yield, and ensuring competitive positioning in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage dynamic pricing strategies using OTA tools and internal data
• Monitor competitor rates, market trends, and demand forecasts
• Optimize occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR across properties
• Set up and manage rate plans, restrictions, and availability on OTAs (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com)
• Collaborate with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure promotional alignment
• Produce regular performance reports and analysis for management
• Recommend new strategies for low-demand periods or underperforming listings
• Support the onboarding of new properties into pricing systems

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in revenue management, ideally in hospitality or short-term rentals
• Proficiency with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and revenue management tools
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with pricing tools is a plus
• Ability to interpret market data and act on insights quickly
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Fluent in English and Russian (Czech is a plus but not required)
• Knowledge of channel managers and PMS systems is an advantage
