HR Specialist (Czech Republic, Remote/Prague)
Czech-based service company seeks an independent, detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage full-cycle HR admin and support for foreign employees relocating to the Czech Republic.

Key responsibilities:

  • HR administration for a small team (up to 20 employees)
  • Support with onboarding, relocation, and visa/residence processes
  • Liaison with government offices (Úřad práce, tax/social/health)
  • Ensure compliance with Czech labor and migration laws
  • Maintain employee records and coordinate with accounting

Requirements:

  • Experience in Czech HR admin and government interaction
  • Working-level Czech (spoken/written)
  • Knowledge of labor/migration processes for foreign workers
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with DPP/DPČ
  • Experience in relocation/NGO/migrant support
