HR Specialist (Czech Republic, Remote/Prague)
Czech-based service company seeks an independent, detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage full-cycle HR admin and support for foreign employees relocating to the Czech Republic.
Key responsibilities:
- HR administration for a small team (up to 20 employees)
- Support with onboarding, relocation, and visa/residence processes
- Liaison with government offices (Úřad práce, tax/social/health)
- Ensure compliance with Czech labor and migration laws
- Maintain employee records and coordinate with accounting
Requirements:
- Experience in Czech HR admin and government interaction
- Working-level Czech (spoken/written)
- Knowledge of labor/migration processes for foreign workers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with DPP/DPČ
- Experience in relocation/NGO/migrant support
