Junior Invoicing & Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and issuing invoices
• Monitoring accounts receivable and following up on outstanding payments
• Communicating with clients regarding invoices, payment status and related matters
• Providing general administrative support

Requirements

• Recent university graduate or someone at the beginning of their career
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and a responsible approach to work
• English and Czech
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
