Hotel The Dominican in the center of Prague is inviting a new colleague to join our reception team. We are looking for a flexible person to cover both day and night shifts based on the schedule needs.

Experience is not required — if you are responsible and willing to learn, we will teach you everything you need to know.

Responsibilities:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Working 12-hour shifts (shifts start at 07:00 or 19:00)
• Handling incoming emails and phone calls
• Arranging transfers, taxis, and tours for guests
• Helping guests with luggage and concierge services (reservations, recommendations)

Requirements:

• No previous experience needed — full training provided
• English language — level B1 (communicative)
• Czech language — level B1 (Czech guests are rare, but basic knowledge is required)
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (day and night rotation)
• Reliability, polite manner, and client-oriented approach
