Project & Client Manager

MSM Academy is an international educational organization based in Prague, focused on academic pathways, language preparation, university admissions support, and study abroad opportunities for students from around the world. We work with international students, families, and partners to provide educational programs that combine quality, personal guidance, and strong future opportunities.

We are currently looking for a Project & Client Manager to join our team. 

The role will focus primarily on client communication, sales, and support for the ongoing development of our new educational program. This position is ideal for candidates with some prior experience who want to grow in project management, international education, and client relations.

What you will do:

• Handle incoming leads and communicate with potential clients (parents, students, partners)
• Prepare and present educational program offers
• Schedule meetings and consultations (phone and in-person at the office)
• Cooperate with international partners via email and online meetings
• Support the coordination of project activities, events, fairs, workshops, and presentations
• Participate in business and educational trips

What we expect from you:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take responsibility and work independently
• Experience or interest in sales and client relationship management
• University degree (economics or business-related field is an advantage)
• Czech language level B2–C1
• English language level B2–C1
