Night Receptionist

We are currently looking for a reliable Night Receptionist to become part of our hotel team in Prague 4.

This role is suitable for someone who likes working with guests, stays calm under pressure, and can manage night shifts independently and responsibly.

Working schedule:

• Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00
• Around 15–16 shifts per month
• Full-time employment

Main duties:

• Welcoming guests and handling check-in and check-out procedures
• Assisting guests with requests, questions, and unexpected situations during the night
• Working with reservations and carrying out front desk administrative tasks
• Making sure the reception and hotel operations run smoothly overnight
• Acting as the main contact person for guests during the night shift

Candidate profile:

• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Good command of English; Czech is an advantage
• Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently
• Previous hotel or reception experience is welcome, but not essential
