Position: Invoice & Accounts Assistant (Hybrid, Prague)
Our logistics company in Prague is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Invoice & Accounts Assistant to join our friendly team.
Main responsibilities:
- Issuing and checking invoices
- Communication with clients and suppliers
- Document management
- Monitoring receivables and payments
- Supporting the office and internal communication
Requirements:
- Intermediate English (spoken and written)
- Conversational Czech
- Russian and/or Ukrainian — an advantage
- Accuracy, reliability, and willingness to learn
