- Experience in B2B sales or related commercial activities (1+ years).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- A graduate student from Czech university (who has finished his/her study of the Czech language) and has experience in B2B sales or related commercial activities in the Czech Republic.
- Fluent in Czech and Russian (or English).
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners.
- Prospect and attract new clients in the B2B segment.
- Conduct negotiations and close profitable deals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients at various levels.
- Analyze customer data to develop an effective sales strategy.
- Achieve and exceed established sales volume targets.
