We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven HR Administrator to assist our HR team in managing essential administrative functions.

📍 Location: Czech Republic (On-site job in Prague office).

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting HR Team with employee pre-boarding, offboarding and other people-related processe
  • Maintain employee records in HR databases, ensuring data accuracy (documents, personal information, contacts, etc.);
  • HR documents administration (drafting, signing, scanning etc.);
  • Consulting employees on HR policies, procedures and processes;
  • Preparing and organizing events and greetings for employees;
  • Assistance to the HR Team.

Requirements:

  • At least 0.5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • MS Office and Google Docs experience — confident user level
  • Experience working with CRM systems (experience with HRIS or HRMS will be a plus);
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • ⁠Attention to detail;
  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills;
  • Strong self-organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Intermediate level of English.
