Position overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Purchasing Manager to handle procurement operations, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of materials to support efficient production. This role involves working with the ERP system QAD, conducting tenders, negotiations , and sourcing technical solutions in a dynamic environment.

• Preferably 1 year of experience in a manufacturing company.
• High education.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP (QAD), and MacBook.
• Conversational knowledge of Czech, English, and Ukrainian/Russian.
• Negotiation skills, responsibility, and reliability.
• Driver’s license сategory B.

• Working with requests in the ERP system QAD.
• Communication with suppliers (email, phone, meetings).
• Searching for materials and technical solutions for production needs.
• Conducting tenders, preparing specifications, negotiating, and concluding contracts.
• Organizing supplies, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring quality control.
• Budgeting and reporting.
• Completing tasks assigned by the manager.
