Requirements

  • Experience working as a Personal Assistant or Project Manager for at least 2 years
  • Experience with Slack, Google Calendar, and Excel
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage schedules and coordinate household staff
  • Responsibility and initiative in problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Self-organization and ability to work in a multitasking environment
  • Readiness for business travel
  • High level of discipline and attention to detail
  • English level: B1 - B2
  • Ukrainian: C1 - С2

Will be a plus:

  • Czech level: B1 - B2

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing personal tasks for the manager
  • Maintaining an up-to-date information database and quickly finding necessary information
  • Organizing meetings, events, trips, and business travel
  • Managing the manager’s work schedule
  • Coordinating household staff (nannies, housekeepers), searching for and hiring new staff if necessary
  • Ability to quickly navigate situations and solve problems
  • Communicating with various levels of staff and fostering a positive atmosphere in the team
  • Organizing events and contacting necessary specialists (such as repairmen) to address current issues
  • Reporting and overseeing task completion
