Requirements
- Experience working as a Personal Assistant or Project Manager for at least 2 years
- Experience with Slack, Google Calendar, and Excel
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to efficiently manage schedules and coordinate household staff
- Responsibility and initiative in problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Self-organization and ability to work in a multitasking environment
- Readiness for business travel
- High level of discipline and attention to detail
- English level: B1 - B2
- Ukrainian: C1 - С2
Will be a plus:
- Czech level: B1 - B2
Key Responsibilities
- Performing personal tasks for the manager
- Maintaining an up-to-date information database and quickly finding necessary information
- Organizing meetings, events, trips, and business travel
- Managing the manager’s work schedule
- Coordinating household staff (nannies, housekeepers), searching for and hiring new staff if necessary
- Ability to quickly navigate situations and solve problems
- Communicating with various levels of staff and fostering a positive atmosphere in the team
- Organizing events and contacting necessary specialists (such as repairmen) to address current issues
- Reporting and overseeing task completion
